THE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION

THE TRUSTEES

The Association is governed by a Board of Trustees comprising Members of the Association. The Trustees are elected at the Annual General Meeting of the Association that takes place within four months of the end of the Financial Year (28 February). Currently seven Trustees serve on the Board of Trustees. At each Annual General Meeting two (2) Trustees shall stand down, but may avail themselves for re-election.

The Estate is Managed by an Operations Manager.
